Staf Legal

PT Adhimix, a leading company in the Kontruksi Bangunan industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staf Legal to join our dynamic legal team in Jakarta Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring that all aspects of the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong legal foundation and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing cooperation agreements, leases, and other legal agreements.
• Managing company permits (OSS, NIB, IMB/PBG) and ensuring their validity.
• Maintaining a neat and systematic archive of company legality documents.
• Providing basic legal opinions regarding the company's daily operations.
• Monitoring the development of the latest regulations or laws related to the company's business.
• Assisting in administrative processes in the event of legal disputes or dealings with external parties/notaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Understanding of the basics of Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law.
• Strong document analysis skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal correspondence and legal drafting.
• High integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
• Possession of an Advocate Practice Certificate/Letter or experience in a law firm is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in the legal field.
• Strong understanding of Administrative Law, Contract Law, Legal Compliance, Corporate Law, Contract Review, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Legal Research, Legal, and International Law.
