Deskripsi Pekerjaan (CRM Specialist)
We are seeking a meticulous and communicative CRM Specialist to manage long-term relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer data is well-integrated and creating a consistent service experience across all company touchpoints. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, communication finesse, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Manajemen Data: Manage the customer database (contacts, preferences, service history) and ensure data integration from various channels such as the website, dealer network, and service departments.
- Analisis & Pelaporan: Analyze customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities and compile monthly KPI performance reports.
- Kampanye Pemasaran: Design and track strategic CRM campaigns, including loyalty programs and customer journey development.
- Layanan & Komunikasi: Handle customer complaints, monitor their resolution, and send important information such as document status (STNK/BPKB) or event invitations.
- Kolaborasi & Kreativitas: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, and be willing to participate as talent for the company's digital marketing content needs.
Kualifikasi Kandidat
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong combination of administrative skills and persuasive communication skills to maintain the satisfaction of our high-end clientele. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and possess a creative mindset to enhance our customer relationship management efforts.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience of at least 12 months (1 year).
- Excellent Communication Skills and sales abilities.
- Meticulous in managing data, able to work collaboratively in a team, and possess high creativity and innovation.
- Domiciled or willing to work in the West Jakarta area.
