PT BHSKIN SINERGI BERSAMA is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team in Kota Denpasar. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing our partner network throughout Bali, focusing on effective communication strategies and organized project management. Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen relationships with existing merchants and expand our service reach through continuous acquisition.

  • Build and maintain strong engagement with partners or drivers.
  • Execute strategies for acquiring new driver partners.
  • Manage and monitor project progress efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Mandatory Criteria

We are looking for candidates who are highly mobile and possess basic technical skills to support daily operations, both in the field and administratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is essential for this role.

  • Minimum education level: High School/Vocational School equivalent.
  • Must reside in the Bali area.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to support work mobility.
  • Experience with Merchants Management and Merchants Operasional is a plus.
