MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST

Join PT Sukses Bersama Sanwen (Pawsitive Vibes) as a Marketplace Specialist and play a vital role in expanding our online presence. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to manage and optimize our online stores across various e-commerce platforms. Based in Jakarta Barat, this role focuses on driving sales growth, analyzing data, and implementing effective promotional strategies.

• Managing online stores across various e-commerce platforms.
• Creating and executing promotional plans.
• Organizing and managing stock inventory.
• Regularly monitoring sales activities and performance.
• Creating accurate and structured sales reports.
• Analyzing sales performance, promotions, and customer behavior for strategy improvements.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise.
• Monitoring competitor activities and strategies.
• Optimizing e-commerce store performance to increase conversions.
• Managing and optimizing ad performance (Google Ads).
• Creating, processing, and inputting promotional data using Microsoft Excel.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, with a deep understanding of customer data analysis, sales trends, and promotional outcomes. The ability to develop and manage successful e-commerce campaigns is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines are also crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.), for data analysis and promotional input is a must. Teamwork skills and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
